At the Picot Group, sustainability is measured first and foremost by concrete actions and results.
Since 2022, the Picot Group has reduced its Scope 1 and 2 emissions by nearly 2,000 tonnes of CO₂e. The Group is also continuing to develop raw materials with a lower carbon footprint, with 35 per cent of the metals used in its industrial supply chain already being recycled.
Safety, training and skills development also remain priorities. In 2025, more than 870 employees undertook training in France, and Picot continued to roll out its safety standards across the entire Group.
This report outlines the progress made, the challenges that remain and the actions undertaken to achieve the target of a 30 per cent reduction in emissions by 2030.
