The PICOT Group’s Code of Conduct, implemented across all French entities and currently being rolled out across European entities, sets out the rules governing integrity, the management of conflicts of interest and professional conduct. It applies at all levels of the organisation, regardless of role or status.
Responsible procurement and supplier assessment
Responsibility extends across the entire value chain
The PICOT Group is currently rolling out its responsible procurement charter. An initial assessment campaign for strategic suppliers is underway, based on defined criteria: integrity, regulatory compliance, and environmental and social responsibility. The results of this assessment are taken into account in decisions regarding supplier selection and the renewal of supplier relationships.
